I purchased my Moon Pod on Black Friday. Took over a month to get to me but boy did I love it!
About 3 weeks in I noticed the shape was changing it looked saggy at the top. So I took the cover off to wash it thinking that made it needed to be refreshed. That worked for about a week and then it started to loose shape yet again. And now if I could post the photos I would, it no longer has its shape.
I’m not sure what’s happened but I’m single, just under 5’8 and a size 8. I’m not heavy nor do I lay on it for excess hours. I use it only to sit and recline while I do laptop work randomly throughout the day.
It’s been well over 30 days since I reached out to customer service. Who told me they would not replace it because it never happened before but would send me more beans. I expressed concerns that this would make the bag way to big and it would loose its slim design but was willing to try. I have still not gotten any shipping notification, follow up or the replacement beans for my bag.
I’m really disappointed that this has taken so long and the customer service team has not made this kind of quality issue a larger concern. This is my second issue with Moon Pod the first being the unreasonably long ship time. I only use my product for a month and a half. I haven’t used my pod at all since mid February. Every day I have to look at $400 just lay there unsightly and deflated.
For the cost of this product it should have lasted much longer. And if this was indeed a rare occurrence it should have been rectified immediately in an effort to uphold their products reputation.

Please read the other reviews before purchasing! This is definitely not worth the $300 price. I was very unhappy with the quality of the product. The beads were falling out as soon as I opened the box. I promptly requested a refund and have been unsuccessful reaching customer service. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my cc. I would not recommend this product!

Everything said on how horrible this product is TRUE, a total scam.Honestly, from when you open up box the chemical smell of carcinogenic plastic or whatever it is stuffed with? reeks of unhealthy, scammy, dishonest energy! Seriously, $427.37 for this blob of peanuts with a cheap fabric could have been made for less than $20, if that!? SHAME on company for marketing this product
as a quality product. I am embarrassed for getting sucked into and actually purchasing it without checking reviews and truth behind this bag of beans! It's a joke. They got me, to the degree of after reading reviews of trying to return or get money back, I've got better things to be doing with my time & energy. Moonpod is a Fraud! Don't make the mistake I did. Heck, I would of bought a cheap bean bag chair for less than half price of what their asking and been way more satisfied with it. Was thinking of giving it to my dog to play on, but even unsure of that due to the poly odor. It stays outside for sure anyway! Also, ordered the cover for outdoor, lol, omg! It's nothing but a thin fabric that zips over the blob, sagging around not fitting to shape of pod, looks horrible where my family questioned what the heck is it, a blob with a poncho draped over it? What a total joke! Again, moonpod, certain you won't be in business long given your unethical fraudulent practice.

Love in a box is what it is!!! It's not only cute; it's a sneaky little sleeping pill. I fit into it perfectly on my first tryout and fell asleep when I wasn't supposed to. "No fair Moonpod!" More importantly, my body aches went away!!!????????
I can’t explain how horrible their customer service is. I have doubts about it’s future since it can’t fulfill orders and quality is slumping. Not to mention they aren’t following proper payment capture procedures. What they are doing is actually illegal. I have placed two orders and both have been charged to my card but “processing” for 10+ days
After waiting almost a month for it to ship I had to argue for a refund since they obviously where not going to ship it. I don't recommend them to anyone. Nothing is more frustrating than not getting a real answer from them other than covid means it may take up to a week to ship....
I wish I had thought to check reviews before I bought the MoonPod. We liked the product but there was a shipping error, missing 1 moon pod and a cover. I have emailed and emailed with no help. I am going to continue to email every day as a sort of experiment. Maybe they will finally get sick of hearing from me and do something to fix this.
I ordered this as a birthday present and it was not what we had in mind. I returned the product immediately and followed all of the instructions. I received an email on April 28, 2021 stating that the product had been received and I would receive my refund within 7-10 minus the $77 fee they were charging to return it. It is May 12, 2021 and I have not received a refund and have emailed back twice (there is no customer service number that you can call) with no response. The service level has not been good once they had the product back in hand.
Got one and it was not comfortable. Packed too tight. Tried to sit on it once and but rolled off so I tried to return it. They don't want it returned. The process was to explain why you wanted it returned and then they wanted pictures of the 'chair'. I followed their instructions and they e-mailed directions saying it was probably overfilled and explained how to drain the excess beads. So, they sent a defective product and want me to do the repairs. When I balked at this, they said I could send it back to them so they could determine if it could be returned. Lamebrains, if they have it for an inspection, it has been returned! They failed to tell me what would transpire if they deemed it not returnable, do they keep it or return it? After back and forth e-mails, I'm pretty sure they'd keep it They just throw up roadblocks at the thought of a return. Horrible experience with these people.

I purchased the crescent, the part that goes around your neck/back and you can rest your arms on the side.
Absolutely awful. Partially opened the clear bag and the carcinogenic smell of glue almost knocked me over.
The company said they would send another if I sent this one back. I said I wanted a refund. They said NO!! I filed a claim with my credit card company.
The product is made in China, delivered from a small town in Tennessee, yet a Brooklyn, NY phone number, which states "You have reached a google #, we are not available".
JUST DO NOT BUY.
